  • Coordinates group social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults and people with disabilities, frail elderly adults, people with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementia 
  • Serves as respite for caregivers and time of socialization for isolated/lonely seniors 
  • Provides transportation if required
Day Program activities can include: 
  • Crafts 
  • Entertainment 
  • Exercise activities 
  • Foot care 
  • Lunch meal daily 
  • Music 
  • Supervised outings
Hours Office Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm 
Adult Day Program, Kirkland Lake: Mon-Fri 10 am-2 pm; Englehart: Tue, Thu 10 am-2 pm

Eligibility Seniors 60 years of age and older, frail elderly, people with Alzheimer's or dementia and people with disabilities
  • Call to register; no referral required 
  • Attendance available for any or all of the days the program is offered

Fees Program - $15 per day including meal and transportation if required ; Fees are payable on a monthly basis
