Description (Service)
  • Supports transitional aged youth with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to gain knowledge and skills to make decisions regarding work, recreation, and volunteer opportunities within the community 
  • Seeks to ensure young adults have a less stressful transition into the community once their schooling is complete
Students receive support to pursue individual goals including: 
  • Continuing or post-secondary education 
  • Volunteer opportunities 
  • Employment training 
  • Recreation and leisure
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility Individuals with an intellectual and/or developmental disability who are transitioning from school to community life
