Description (Service) Provides services for job seekers and employers simultaneously to ensure a successful employee/employer relationship
Job seeker services include: 
  • Job search assistance and prior/post placement support 
  • Resumé, cover letter, application preparation and updating 
  • Assistance obtaining required training, certification and life skills 
  • List of available workshops geared to job seekers
Employer services include: 
  • Job posting board online and AETS office job posting bulletin board 
  • Trained and educated prospective employees 
  • Wage subsidies for training new workers 
  • Support as needed during hiring process
