Public Comments Snoezelen therapy helps individuals with autism, brain injury, dementia, or developmental disabilities relax while being exposed to different stimuli, including colour, sounds, scents, and lighting
Description (Service)
  • Accommodates seniors and adults with disabilities who are isolated in the community with different types of recreational activities 
  • Offers snacks, coffee, and tea as well as a nutritious lunch for full day participants 
  • Provides half or full days depending on an individual's needs 
  • Provides respite time for caregivers 
  • Provides volunteer opportunties
Activities include, but are not limited to: 
  • Crafts 
  • Entertainment 
  • Games 
  • Gardening 
  • Music therapy 
  • Snoezelen therapy
