Description (Service) Responsible for planning, developing and implementing all social, recreational and special events for youth of the community 
  • Recreation services and facilities include baseball diamond, gymnasium, skating rink and youth centre (former training centre) 
  • Provides assistance in organizing boys and girls groups for a week at Dilico Summer Camp in East Loon Lake, Thunder Bay 
  • Supervises and chairs a local youth council
Coordinates and supervises a variety of programs including:  
  • Game nights  
  • Group fitness classes 
  • Out-of-town excursions such as youth rallies and cultural events  
  • Volleyball nights  
  • Youth workshops on topics of interest
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Ginoogaming First Nation
Eligibility Programs focus on youth members of Ginoogaming First Nation but parental and community residents encouraged to participate
