Description (Service) Offers supports for people living with pre-diabetes or diabetes 
  • Offers a wide range of community-based, culturally appropriate activities and services to Indigenous persons and their families that are focused on education and prevention of diabetes 
  • Offers education and self-management support to fit an individual's lifestyle
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-5 pm
