Description (Service) Provides various housing services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities
 
Supportive Housing 
  • Provides 24 hour supportive living accommodations 
  • Offers a few rent geared to income units 
  • Offers assistance with daily living skills including laundry, housework, cooking and personal care 
  • Provides accompaniment to appointments and social outings
 
Supported Independent Living 
  • Provides in home and out of home support in areas such as housecleaning, laundry, budgeting and grocery shopping to individuals living independently within the community 
  • Offers accompaniment to social outings and appointments if required
Hours Office: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm 
Supportive Housing: Mon-Sun 24 hours
