  • Provides support, education, advocacy and general counselling 
  • Offers family, relationship, and individual counselling
Counselling service include but are not limited to the following: 
  • Deaf identity 
  • Family breakdown 
  • Grief and loss 
  • Illness, depression, stress 
  • Life transitions 
  • Mental health and addictions 
  • Relationship difficulties 
  • Sexual abuse/violence, verbal and physical abuse counselling
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm 
By appointment outside office hours

Boundaries From Algoma District to Hornepayne and east to Thessalon
Eligibility Individuals who are deaf, oral deaf, deafened or hard of hearing and their family members
