  • Wahgoshig First Nation is a political member of the Algonquin Anishinabeg Nation Tribal Council since November 2000 and also belongs to Wabun Tribal Council, a Regional Chief's Council

  • Provides ambulance services and bus services to community members 
  • Offers community services including a privately-run variety store and Wahgoshig Resources Inc (WRI), a business offering trucking services in mining, work in the forestry industry and a local sawmill 
  • Owns and operates Little Fox Lodge which provides accommodations and a restaurant 
  • Offers a community centre for all events and gatherings
