Description & Services
Description (Service) Provides counselling for youth who are in conflict with the law 

Community Support Team 
  • Provides intensive support and clinical intervention services to high-risk young offenders 
  • Helps youth reduce conflict with the law 
  • Decreases the probability of re-offending 
  • Facilitates reintegration from custody and detention back into the community
Services offered include: 
  • Individual, family and group-based counselling and skills training 
  • Psychological and/or psychiatric assessment and consultation 
  • Community and professional consultation 
  • Referrals to other relevant community services 
  • Evidence-based treatment programs including services for youth who have been convicted of sexual offending and/or arson
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) - 17 year(s) 
Youth who are in conflict with the law and have been assessed by probation officers as being either medium or high risk
Application All referrals are to be made through the probation officers
