Description & Services
Description (Service) Provides support to young individuals as they move out of care
Works one-on-one with individuals to help them to: 
  • Access health and mental health services 
  • Connect to employment services 
  • Determine and access additional support as needed 
  • Identify and access life skills support 
  • Locate legal services 
  • Obtain education and training information 
  • Secure stable housing
Hours Mon, Thu, Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, evening appointments upon request
Areas Served Kenora District ; Rainy River District ; Thunder Bay District
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) - 24 year(s) 
Individuals who are moving out of the child protection system
