  • Provides funding towards the development of the performing arts, cultural and language activities, and special events focusing on opportunities for Indigenous youth participation  
  • Provides funding towards registration fees, lessons, awards, facility rental such as a dance studio, equipment and supplies 
  • Supports events that develop cultural and community confidence
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

  • Individual Performers 
  • Attendance at Established Arts and Cultural Institutions 
  • Special Events such as Championships, Competitions, Pow Wows, Dance Performances 
  • Art Shows 
  • Language Programs and Activities
  • The application must be filled out and printed in a PDF format from the website 
  • Applications must be submitted a minimum of one month prior to your event or commencement of your project 
  • Must be submitted in person, by mail or courier by 2 pm on the deadline date which is posted on the website 
  • Notification of approval or denial will be provided 4 to 6 weeks after receipt in office 
  • A commitment of a minimum of 4 hours of volunteer community service is required as part of the application
