Description (Service) Provides employee and family assistance plan services, assessments, consultation, and intervention services to corporations and agencies
 
Employee Assistance Services 
Provides clients with confidential and professional counselling services for a broad range of personal problems and concerns, lifestyle and wellness issues, and self-management strategies
 
Assessment Services include: 
  • Employer Assessments, such as independent medical evaluations, work site assessments 
  • Insurer Assessments, such as independent medical evaluations, functional abilities evaluation 
  • Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD)
Hours Mon-Thu 8:30 am-6 pm * Fri 8:30 am-5 pm
Areas Served Kenora District ; Rainy River District ; Thunder Bay District
Eligibility
  • Referral by employer, Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB), insurance company, legal firm, rehabilitation agency or other third party 
  • Self-referral via Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) 
  • Self-referral for fee-for-service counselling outside of EFAP
