  • Assists Aboriginal adults with a mental illness and/or a concurrent disorder to live successfully in the community through the provision of mental health services which are geared to individual needs 
  • Provides goal-oriented, culturally competent rehabilitation services
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
  • Individuals diagnosed with a mental illness and/or a concurrent disorder 
  • Must have need for assistance, support and skill teaching in order to live successfully in the community
Individuals may be excluded due to one or a combination of the following: 
  • Primary diagnosis is one of developmental challenge or organic brain syndrome 
  • Already involved in similar program 
  • Unwilling to participate 
  • Repetitive history of violent or abusive behaviour
