  • Brings together victims with young people alleged to have committed non-violent offences and their parents to negotiate an appropriate way for the young person to make amends for his or her actions  
  • Provides an alternative to formal court proceedings 
  • Provides an increased role for victims and communities in dealing with minor offences committed by persons who are prepared to be accountable
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-5 pm

Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) - 17 year(s) 
 
  • Indigenous youth who have committed a minor, first-time offense 
  • Must be willing to participate in the program 
  • Must be aware of their options and rights and be prepared to be accountable
Application Must be referred by police or the Crown
