NOTE - Every six months clients will be asked to bring in proof of address. Proof of Residency and Identification is a requirement for clients attending and registering with the food bank in order to obtain food hampers on a monthly basis.

Eligibility Low-income families and individuals that reside in rural areas west of Thunder Bay to Upsala and south of Thunder Bay to USA border at Pigeon River
Application Must show ID to prove rural residence (e.g. utility bill); also ID for each person living in household
