  • Offers a welcoming and inclusive, clean and safe environment where children can play and explore 
  • Encourages parents and caregivers to participate in the planning and implementation of programs
  • Offers the following programs and services, including: 
    • Early Years programming 
    • Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP) 
    • Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) 
    • Early Fair Start Screening 
    • Baby Beginnings 
    • Early Literacy 
    • Programs to promote the health and well-being of children and families
    Also functions as the administrative office for Dorion, Red Rock, Nipigon, Schreiber, Terrace Bay, Manitouwadge EarlyON locations, The Family Place Child Care Nipigon and Marathon Baby Beginnings program
