Public Comments Fire Permits are required between April 1 and October 31, for all outdoor burning. The cost of a one-month permit is $5.00, or a seasonal permit (7-month) can be purchased for $30.00. Permits are available at the Municipal Office
Description (Service)
  • Operates a volunteer fire department  
  • Responsible for fire prevention and administration of the Ontario Fire Code  
  • Issues applicable burn permits required for brush piles, incinerators and open fires, excluding campfires  
  • Provides fire safety and prevention education
Hours Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
