Description (Service) Provides community health services in the following areas: 
  • Communicable disease emergencies 
  • Health education 
  • Immunizations 
  • Outbreak management 
  • Surveillance 
  • Tuberculosis
Milk Coupon Program 
  • Provides up to 4 litres of milk per week for eligible community members 
  • Strives to improve the health of pregnant women and young children
Hours Mon-Thu 8 am-3 pm, Fri 8 am-2:30 pm
Areas Served Anishinaabeg of Naongashing First Nation ; Lac La Croix First Nation ; Mishkosiminiziibiing First Nation ; Onigaming First Nation - Ojibways of Onigaming ; Rainy River First Nation ; Seine River First Nation ; Stanjikoming First Nation - Mitaanjigamiing
  • Individuals and families from any of the seven First Nation communities in the Fort Frances Tribal area 
  • Milk coupons available for pregnant women and families with children 2 years of age and younger
  • Services are mostly offered locally at the community level 
  • Contact a Community Health Nurse to register for the Milk Coupon Program
