Transitional and Housing Support Program 
  • Provides assistance in securing and maintaining housing 
  • Accompanies individuals to appointments regarding income support, legal and other related services  
  • Offers assistance in completing forms and applications 
  • Safety Planning 
  • Provides information and referrals to community agencies
 
SafetyNet 
  • Guides employers in responding to relationship violence as it impacts the workplace 
  • Offers a Supervisor's Tool Kit to educate and provide staff the opportunity to gain understanding and awareness around the issue of relationship violence 
  • Provides a variety of information and resources on related topics
