Description (Service) Administers apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs in partnership with the private sector and partner colleges 
  • Promotes learning in the trades and emerging sectors such as mining and renewable energy 
  • Develops and delivers apprenticeship programs through partnerships and collaboration with employers and associations as well as partner colleges
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm
Areas Served Aundeck Omni Kaning First Nation ; Constance Lake First Nation ; M'Chigeeng First Nation ; Sagamok Anishnawbek First Nation ; Sheguiandah ; Sheshegwaning ; Whitefish River First Nation ; Zhiibaahaasing First Nation
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
Focus is for members of the First Nation communities in the Manitoulin Island/North Shore area but services are available to everyone
Application Requires an initial booked appointment with a Student Support Counselor who will provide assistance with: 
  • Completion of Participant Information form and 
  • Consent for Release form 
  • Transcript request and resume 
  • Registration and Ontario College Application Service (OCAS) application 
  • Books, supplies and tuition fees information
