  • Provides health services to improve the health and well-being of individuals at each stage of their life 
  • Offers services targeted to children, youth, adults, elders, and families as a whole 
  • Focuses on Anishinabe teachings and the medicine wheel as part of service delivery
General health services provided for all age groups as applicable include: 
  • Blood drawn clinics 
  • Blood pressure clinics 
  • Communicable disease control 
  • Developmental screening 
  • Diabetes prevention and education 
  • Health and nutrition education 
  • Home care 
  • Immunizations 
  • Prenatal and postnatal workshops (individual or group) 
  • Puberty and sexuality education 
  • School health
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm
Areas Served Aundeck Omni Kaning First Nation ; Sheguiandah ; Sheshegwaning ; Whitefish River First Nation ; Zhiibaahaasing First Nation
Eligibility Must be a member of one of the participating First Nations
Application Registration can be done with Community Health Manager at 705-368-2182 or with Community Health Nurse at local community Health Centre
