Description (Service) Assists Ontario Works participants by providing education and training services to enhance employment opportunities
Offers the following support services and programs: 
  • Access to telephone, fax, computers, photocopier and printing and Job Board  
  • Basic education 
  • Child care expenses 
  • Community placements 
  • Employment related expenses 
  • Employment/training start-up benefit 
  • Full-time employment benefit 
  • Life skills training 
  • Literacy and numeracy programs 
  • Resume and cover letter preparation 
  • Self-employment assistance 
  • Transportation expenses
Hours Mon-Thu 8 am-4:30 pm, Fri 8 am-4 pm
