  • Offers a preventative strategy training initiative to empower youth to create healthy relationships 
  • Strives to educate youth about the links between sexist attitudes and violence 
  • Works to assist youth in developing healthy thinking skills 
  • Incorporates Aboriginal cultural teachings and traditional ceremonies in the teachings
Topics of discussion can include: 
  • Components of healthy relationships 
  • Date rape 
  • Gender stereotypes 
  • Promoting self-awareness and self-esteem 
  • Sexual assault 
  • Understanding anger in relationships
