Description (Service)
  • Offers a self-help peer support drop-in centre 
  • Provides peer support to individuals and their families who are experiencing or have previously experienced mental health difficulties  
  • Provides public education and information to the community, and mental health providers regarding peer support, self-help and other issues relevant to mental health and mental illness
Hours Mon-Fri 9:30 am-3:30 pm

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
  • Individuals experiencing or having experienced mental health difficulties  
  • Priority is given to individuals with severe mental illness 
  • Individuals with addictions 
  • Family Members are also welcome
