Description & Services
Description (Service) Provides training and supports to enable individuals with an intellectual disability to secure paid part-time or full-time employment 
  • Provides recruitment, job searching services, job analysis, employment training and on the job coaching for the duration of time it takes the individual to learn the job-specific skills 
  • Assists employers in accessing available wage subsidies to help with their salary costs 
  • Tailors on-going training and supports for the length of the secured employment to meet the needs of the individual as well as the new employer
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4 pm
Areas Served Cochrane ; Kapuskasing ; Includes communities along Hwy 11 from Opasatika to Cochrane
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
  • Individuals with an intellectual disability or 
  • Individuals who have been referred by the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) Employment Supports
