Description (Service) Operates as a branch office  
  • Provides community based support and services for persons with an intellectual disability and their families 
  • Works on a "person-centered planning" model to address the values, priorities and preferences of each individual 
  • Provides education, information and resources on various mental health and intellectual/developmental disability issues 
  • Hosts special fundraising events in community
Administers the following programs and services:  
  • Accommodations 
  • Day Program 
  • Living Skills 
  • Passport Services 
  • Respite Services 
  • Supported Employment 
  • Supported Independent Living 
  • Transition Services
