Description & Services
Description (Service) Delivers health initiatives and services to meet the needs of health programs offered in member First Nation communities 
  • Addresses health care provided through clinics, health centres, nursing stations and health programs 
  • Advocates for Indigenous Interprofessional Primary Care which will provide enhanced access to traditional 
    and primary care services, address health inequities and improve outcomes over the long term 
  • Promotes the development of good mental health and offers advocacy through the Mental Health Strategy 
  • Collaborates on developing a regional Campaign Against Illegal Drugs and Alcohol to combat the illegal drug trade pandemic ravaging member communities 
  • Coordinates regional crisis intervention
