Description (Service)
  • Collaborates as part of the regional specialized mental health service which works with the North Bay Regional Health Centre to enhance the quality of life of adults with dual diagnosis 
  • Offers support and education to an individual's support network
Provides identified individuals with: 
  • a comprehensive psychiatric assessment 
  • connections to needed community services 
  • individual therapy and skill teaching (when community services are not available) 
  • monitoring of medical-therapeutic services (aimed to prevent re-hospitalization)
Hours Office Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm 
Mon-Sun 24 hours

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
Individuals with a dual diagnosis of a developmental disability and serious mental illness
