  • Provides information, advocacy and support to assist individuals to remain in their homes as long as possible 
  • Acts as respite for informal caregivers such as extended family 
  • Coordinates group activities such as monthly luncheons, weekly teas and bannock socials, outings such as Pow Wows and berry picking, and guest speakers on various topics of interest
Support Services offered include: 
  • Caregiver support 
  • Case management 
  • Community dining 
  • Friendly visiting 
  • Service arrangement and coordination 
  • Weekly visiting for social and safety reasons
Hours Mon-Thu 9 am-4 pm
Areas Served Foleyet Township
  • Focus is on frail, vulnerable and at-risk elderly adults (55 years and older) and individuals trying to overcome barriers in accessing care such as low income, geographic isolation, language or disability issues or 
  • Off-reserve Status, Non-Status, Inuit and M├ętis individuals who require assistance to remain in their home as long as possible
