Description (Service) Delivers hot nutritious meals to residents of Elders Eagle Lodge and community seniors  
  • Assists seniors and individuals with disabilities to live independently in the community through the provision of nourishing meals at a reasonable cost  
  • Prepares meals according to individuals' diet requirements  
  • Provides a choice of lunch and/or supper for up to 5 days per week  
  • Meals are delivered by volunteers who provide regular social contact and check on the health and safety of the client
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 12:30 pm-4:30 pm

Eligibility Members of Sagamok Anishnawbek who are: 
  • Residents of Elder's Eagle Lodge 
  • Seniors living in community 
  • Individuals receiving Personal Support Worker services
  • Completion of initial application required  
  • Meals must be pre-ordered at least 48 hours in advance  
  • Cancellation recommended and appreciated at least 12 hours in advance
