Description (Service)
  • Assists individuals with managing everyday life events, such as completing government forms and applications, renewing or replacing a driver's license, health card, or passport 
  • Provides information and assistance in advocating for an individual's rights 
  • Attends meetings with an individuals case worker, lawyer, or landlord 
  • Provides assessments and recommendation for communication devices 
  • Refers individuals to other programs and services as needed
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm, after hours by appointment only

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
  • Individuals who are culturally deaf, oral deaf, deafened or hard of hearing, and their families 
  • Families with children under 16 who are culturally deaf, oral deaf, deafened or hard of hearing
