Description (Service)
  • Delivers medical transportation services and assistance in making medical appointment arrangements 
  • Provides transportation to medical appointments within the community as well as from/to Chapleau Cree First Nation Reserve to any medical appointments (doctor, dentist, optometrist, specialist) in the town of Chapleau
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Sep-Apr * Mon-Thu 8 am-5 pm, Fri 8 am-12 noon, May-Aug

Eligibility Members of Chapleau Cree First Nation who require transportation assistance due to age or health-related issues
  • Requires written proof of medical appointment  
  • Requires 24 hour advance booking; exceptions made for emergencies
