Description (Service)
  • Provides group counselling and support services to children who have been exposed to abuse, power and/or control 
  • Offers support services to mothers of children in the program to encourage understanding and support
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Sep-Jun 
Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm, Jul-Aug

Eligibility Ages: 6 year(s) - 16 year(s) 
Must have been exposed to any form of abuse, power, and/or control towards their mother and is no longer living in the abusive environment
  • Call for information or to speak with an intake worker 
  • Referrals can be made by an agency or by a child's mother 
  • An interview is required before participating in the groups

Fees None ; Financial assistance may be available for childcare and transportation
