Description (Service)
  • Provides immediate in-school support to students in crisis situations 
  • Provides community agency referrals and follow up supports 
  • Offers crisis intervention assessment, transition planning, referrals and discharge planning 
  • Works with community agencies to ensure basic human needs are met (food, shelter, financial support, safety planning)
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
