Description (Service)
  • Provides verification and supervision of individuals charged and appearing in bail court; supervision is to reduce the risk of failing to appear in court 
  • Provides supervision, counselling and referral services for people who are released from custody by the courts 
  • Provides advocacy, support and collaboration with other community agencies 
  • Assists clients in addressing issues including mental health, addictions, housing, employment and interpersonal supports while awaiting trial
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
  • Individuals accused of a criminal offence who are not a threat to the community may qualify for bail, but do not have the finances or social ties to meet bail conditions therefore can be placed on supervision of this program and report until their trial 
  • Must not have three or more breach convictions or failing to appear convictions in the past four years
