  • Family Swim at John Rhodes Pool on 280 Elizabeth St, Sault Ste Marie 
  • Monthly program/activities calendar available at Wellness Centre, Healing Lodge, in newsletter and on website
Description (Service) Delivers programs for the elderly and disabled members of the community 
  • Free monthly luncheons for elders 
  • Monthly socials consisting of picture sharing days, craft days, sewing project sessions and elders nutrition seminars
Also oversees a family swim on Saturday evenings at the John Rhodes Pool for all community members
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm Sep-May  
Mon-Fri 8 am-4:45 pm Jun-Aug  
Elders Luncheon: see monthly calendar 
Family Swim: Sat 8 pm-9 pm
Areas Served Garden River First Nation
  • Members of Garden River First Nation who are 60 years of age and older or individuals who are disabled 
  • Family swim open to all members of Garden River First Nation 
  • Programs and services may be extended to others based on resources available and/or program/service guidelines
