Description (Agency) A Nurse Practitioner clinic that provides primary care to residents in the community
Description (Service)
  • Nurse practitioners (NP) are registered nurses with advanced university education who provide personalized, quality health care to patients 
  • Works in partnership with Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Pharmacists, Social Workers
Offers a variety of health care services to their patients including:  
  • Counselling and education 
  • Diagnosing and treating illness and/or injuries 
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests 
  • Physical check-ups 
  • Referrals to specialists and other health professionals 
  • Supportive care through illness 
  • Treatments and/or procedures  
  • Writing prescriptions
Hours Mon-Fri 8:40 am-4:30 pm 
Phone Hours: Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4 pm
